I was in a laboratory that looked cold and full of steel. There were girls laying face down on metal beds with trays in front of them. They would vomit periodically into the trays, occasionally they would cough up some brains. One girl heaved heavily and her entire brain fell into the pan. She looked up at the doctors before falling over off of the bed.
